  • Job Description

    -Coordinate and monitor the preference of customers as assigned
    -Support and discuss any requirement with customers such as RFO, Specification and Technical Term
    -Regular call and visit customer to maintain a good relationship
    -Making an appointment, prepared any sales documents such as quotation and following - up quote
    -Coordinate Sales Terms with other Internally and Externally to support customers as needed
    -Issuing invoice, monthly billing CN/DN and collecting payment
    -Handled to prepare and summary sales forecasts from any customers (checking customers forecast)
    -Summary sales amount monthly report (by products & by customers)
    -Other sales tasks as assigned

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    -Male/Female, Age around 25 to 30 years old, Communicative English (Neo4) and Japanese (N3)
    -Bachelor degree in any related field )Industrial engineering / business administration will be advantage)
    -Sales experience in Japanese company for 2 years upper would be highly preferable
    -Experience in Automotive industry manufacturing field will be advantage
    -Good computer skills (MS Office, Microsoft Word, Excel, Japanese Word)
    -Good communication and service mind and be a good team member who can work under pressure and tight situation
