Job Description
【Responsibilities】- Responsible for all aspect of digital communication for our clients both international and local brands from strategy to action- Manage all online communication channels; website, social media, KOLs as well as Ecommerce platforms- Define and manage clients’ KPIs to ensure all strategies and implementation plan are met the goals- Drive and implement cost effective online, social media marketing campaigns and in-app media marketing (Lazada, Shopee, JD Central etc.) for all marketing funnels- Budget planning and recommending for the brands in online media suitable for specific campaign matching with target audiences and business objectives- Follow online marketing trends, new social media site/platforms and able to make recommendations and solutions- Provide ROI and post-campaign measurement and recommendation to improve future actions- Prepare & conduct daily/weekly/monthly performance review with clients- Build & manage sales relationship and opportunities with existing clients & new acquisition- Manage project P&L to meet company’s target- Responsible for team management to achieve with high productivity and encourage team collaboration among related parties to ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly- Develop and manage relationships with clients- Organize and lead the discussions with clients in meetings- Research the industry on an on-going basis to know what changes may be on the horizon that will impact current and future strategy of digital marketing
