Job Description
-Responsible for managing sales team, developing a business plan covering sales, revenue meeting agreed targets, and promoting the organization’s presence throughout Thailand.
-Select, develop, and coach a professional sales team to meet or exceed specific goals for profitable revenue growth.
-Maintain national sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
-Analyze market opportunity and planning for new product launch.
-Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas throughout Thailand; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
-Establish and adjust selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, supply and demand.
-Identify & approach new business opportunities by developing Key decision-maker or KOLs mainly in Bangkok territory.
Qualifications
Requirement
-Bachelor or Master Degree in a medical field
-Driving license and own car, Fluent in English
-Good existing customer network (Hospitals and Laboratories)
-Able to work under pressure, cope with MVC environment constraintsEnglish Level
