  • Job Description

    - Coordinate to ensure Smooth clearance service in a timely and accurate.
    - Planning shipment and send shipment arrival report and coordinate with other departments for coming shipment.
    - Contact to Customs for import permits.
    - Prepare and follow up all import documents such as invoice, B/L, Packing List, Certificate of origin and other document.
    - Contact to supplier in order to follow up import documentation and payment.
    - Check import entry about HS Code, Import duty and privilege.
    - Ensure and monitor the customs clearance to be in compliance with laws and regulations.
    - Improve and control cost of import clearing to be cost effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male/Female, age between 30-36 years old.
    - Bachelor's degree in any fields.
    - At least 3 years of experience in import or related filed.
    - Able to work independently as well as in a team.
    - Strong logical and analytical skills.
    - High level of accuracy and reliability.
    - Able to work under pressure and with given deadlines.
    - Good command of both spoken and written English.
