• Job Description

  1) Control, Supervisory and Reporting of Maintenance status as Weekly, Monthly and Annually to GM.
  2) Creating the Unity and Strong Relationship of all Maintenance Staffs in Maintenance section.
  3) Control & Supervise all Maintenance works under the Safety First and Zero accident.
  4) Making & Management of the Budget for all Maintenance Section.
  5) Making & maintain all the documents of Maintenance Procedure, Site Safety Plan, Environmental Plan, Staffing Plan, organization Chart, Training Plan and Master Maintenance Plan of new projects / existing projects
  6) Maintenance Staffs management & Training
  7) Negotiation and management with customers & subcontractors
  8) Solving Problems and Making Proposal – Analyzing information and evaluating results to choose the best solution
  to solve the problems to GM for approval.
  9) Making & Maintain the Strong relationship with all valued customers
  10) Order & management of all Equipment, Tools & Parts for Maintenance services
