  • Job Description

    Digital Director and Production
    *Strategize, produce and manage digital and social media advertising campaigns.
    *Create project communications plans, prepare status reports and conduct internal and external status meetings regularly as necessary to ensure effective issue resolution and quality project delivery.
    *Develop project scope documents, manage the development process (for web/banner/social media/application) to minimize scope creep and ensure ontime and on-budget delivery.
    *Lead and/or facilitate the presentation of deliverables to clients (creative concepts, campaign ideas, site organization, requirements, plans, etc.)
    *Clearly translate client requirements in written internal briefs and ensure all members of the project team understand the brief.
    *Develop detailed project plans for project delivery, communicate and track project milestones and monitor progress for all team members against plan.
    *Work with agency teams to brainstorm solutions to client business needs, and prepare estimates and timelines for Digital projects.
    *Manage third party vendors in the delivery of projects, including gathering estimates, negotiating rates, and working with the finance team to ensure prompt settlement of invoices.
    *Develop close partnership and relationships with our network agencies and their clients, and assist in securing new business.
    *Prepare budgets and monitor billing activity for projects as part of the effort to ensure profitability.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    *More than 5 years of proven experience as project manager/digital producer in an agency environment;or as digital marketing manager in MNCs.
    *Good experience and knowledge of digital and social strategy, design, media and technology. MUST have worked on digital campaigns which could have included (but is not limited to) web build, social media, FB apps, video content or mobile.
    *Have a strong sense of ownership and responsibility for deliverables, excellent at managing delivery, with a keen ability to define team and project objectives.
    *Creative, motivated, organised and willing to tackle demanding tasks and take responsibility for actions.
    *Experience working on automotive or consumer electronic brand/s is an advantage.
    *Experience developing strategic plans for digital advertising campaigns or social media campaigns.
    *Results-oriented, able to anticipate client needs, spotting opportunities to drive revenue and deliver value to our clients.
    *Possess good written and spoken English
