  *Develop recruitment plan that fits the needs of the company both in terms of manpower capacity and organizational fit
  *Monitor, report, Follow up the performance of all the employees
  *Produce HR monthly report
  *Develop and follow up training plan for all employees
  *Ensure that company actions are in compliance with government policies and regulations
  *Act as the bridge between employees and management to address concerns from both sides
