Job Description
- Answer calls, handle customer's inquiries as well as managing and resolving customer complaints
- Provide product and service information for customers
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
- Identify and manage priority issues as well as following up customer calls when necessary

Requirement
- Degree in any fields
- Experience in call center or customer service environment would be a plus
- Service mind and customer oriented
