  • Job Description

    - Set up and involve in all aspects of HR and GA functions including Company Rules and Regulations, Compensation and Benefits, Recruitment and Manpower Planning, Training and Development, Employee Relations, General Administration, etc.
    - Work closely with top management executives to provide HR consultancy and implementation
    - Establish the HR Team to develop and deliver HR strategies and practices to meet business objectives
    - Ensure the administration of organizational development, employee training and development, and completion of required training plans
    - Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male or Female, Thai national, age around 40-45
    - Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources Management or in a related field
    - Minimum 10 years experience in overall HR/GA operations and at least 5 years in managerial level preferably in large-scale manufacturing companies (employees not less than 500)
    - Excellent in English communication and other IT skills
    - Background in General Affairs, BOI and Labour Laws
    - Excellent leadership in coaching and leading HR team
    - Excellent communication and presentation skills
    - Experiences in managing overall HR area; i.e., Company Rules and Regulations, Compensation and Benefits, Recruitment and Manpower Planning, Training and Development, Employee Relations and General Administration
    - Experiences in establishing new HR system in the manufacturing companies
    - Experiences in labour relations
    - Experiences in Safety and Environmental operations in industries is a plus
    - Experiences in dealing with various kinds of people/employees
