  • Job Description

    -As a technical support/helpdesk employee, you’ll be monitoring and maintaining the computer systems and networks within an organization in a technical support role.
    - Support and coordinate between Japanese and Thai
    - Working with customers/employees to identify computer problems and advising on the solution
    - check system and find entry error at system that all asian branch are using
    -check system operation correctly
    - reporting to MD
    - Other tasks as assign

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    Male or Female age not over 33 years
    Good command in Thai, English,
    Good interpersonal and Cooperation,Good communication and service mind
    Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT related field
    Must have Above 2 years IT experience
    Good knowledge & understanding in network infrastructure
    Having experience in Microsoft Office support
    Good command in writing or speaking in Japanese would be advantage(Japanese is a not must) Must have interpersonal skills,
