  -Achieve to design package Packing Data Sheet (PDS), Packing Process Sheet (PPS) on time
  -Summary packing data to system by without error and height accuracy
  -Achieve M3 target container utilization & Logistic cost
  -Zero Claim
  -Control new model lunching schedule
  -Design packing, Packing standard approve (PDS,PPS)
  -Design packing material make, create drawing & issue RFQ
  -Summary packing & Material data input to system
  -Unpack & Check package first lot of PT and SOP
  -Training packing process to operator, monitor operator to follow up packing standard
  -Investigate & Take countermeasure over sea claim (Packing only)
  -Running change, Scorching change, Disassembly, Kaizen project
