    1. Manage and control the sea sales oganization.
    2. Management the sales volume & sales team of sea freight like sales team controlling， new client initiating and man
    3. Preparing the future sales plan， sales team advising and sales team performance evaluating.
    4. Develop business with assigned target client.
    5. Optimize cost of sales

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    Sex: Male or Female Age : 35 years old or above Nationality : Thai Education : Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business Administration， Marketting， Logistics or related fields Year of experience : At least 8 years experienced in selling sea freight， customs clearance， distribution service. Qualification :
    - Good knowledge of Sea Freight Forwarding.
    - Excellent command of written and spoken in English and computer literacy.
    - Interpersonal skills and effective presentation & negotiation skill.
    - Strong leadership and able to motivate the sales team.
    - Able to work independently and analytical in a problem solving environment.
    - Own car is a must.
