    Analyze and examine existing processes evaluate them within the context of company goals identify processes for improvement suggest solutions integrate new or updated processes in enhancements to help achieve the company goals and provide leadership on future use of technologies and business process improvements.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    Master degree in Business Administration preferably minimum of five years of Business Process Management, IT or relevant work experience -Strong knowledge of Six Sigma, Total Quality Management (TQM), Business Process Management Methodology, Design & Implementation -Good Process Modeling background -Proven experience aligning operational business processes with package software and technology capabilities -Effectively influence, negotiate and lead facilitation sessions across Technology and Line of Business organizations -Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills -Self-motivated, able to plan work effort and manage to the project schedule and priorities -Excellent command of English in both written and spoken -Experience in budget and financial management / ROI / Business case development.
