    - Responsible for the management of HR & GA Department as Senior Manager (Report to Japanese GM)
    - Supervise and manage all activities to develop the organization
    - Handle HR functions such as personnel circular, payroll, event management, recruitment, training, ER and others
    - Correspond to each problem relating to GA & HR of a manufacturing field
    - Other related tasks as required

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male or Female, Thai nationality, age between 38-45 (prefer Female)
    - Work experience, minimum 10 years, in the HR & GA field
    - Work experience in a manufacturing industry
    - Work experience in handling Labour Union is an advantage

  • English Level

    Level 5 - Beginner Level
