Job Description - Perform necessary tasks as a general affairs and volunteer operation officer under Department of Administration and Volunteer Operation
- Handle administrative work for corporate personnel (Japanese experts, volunteers, staff and mission members) such as VISA, passport, official notification to Thai government, health management and other related issues
- Collect and input data of corporate personnel to make the list of long and short term visitors
- Update monthly emergency telephone tree
- Keep the record of books and report documents in the office library
- Draft necessary documents for general affairs
- Handle document registration and distribute incoming mails, emails, etc.
- Conduct other clerical and secretarial works ordered by management executives or other Japanese and Thai staff
- Responsible for necessary documentation tasks for volunteer operation
- Official trip for general affairs and volunteer operation

Required Qualifications - Male or Female, Thai national, age between 24-39
- Bachelor's Degree in any field
- Work experience in handling administrative tasks in any private companies or governmental organizations, preferably more than 3 years
- Good command of English (TOEIC, minimum 730 scores) is a must
- Ability to communicate in Japanese (to communicate with our Japanese staff) is a must, preferably JLPT N2
- Computer literacy (in Microsoft Office Suites, etc.)
- Must have a good health and without any physical condition which could hinder the duty performance
