-Educate new Regulatory Publication, Operation & System to Partner
-Act as primary contact for day to day support to licensees including response to an inquiry related to Regulation, Operation & System
-Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve Operation & System issues internally and externally
-Create and maintain a good relationship with Partner’s IT and Operation Team.
-Collaborate with Sales team to on board new Partner, interact with colleagues to exchange information on payment system issue and seek co-operation
-Research new payment technologies
Required Qualifications -Female/Male, 30-40 Years, Good command of English, Bachelor’s degree or higher
-At least 3-5 years, Experience in payment business such Authorization, Merchant Department.
-Good communication, negotiation, interpersonal and presentation skills
-Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
-Work well both independently and as part of a team
