Senior Customer Service Officer (Urgently Required) ID:43271

Job Description - Manage supply chain inventory (finished goods, substrate, and packaging) based on target levels, forecast demand and meet working capital requirements
- Obtain customer’s forecasts and provide material requirement plans to suppliers.
- Compute and review the inventory targets and ensure these are appropriate to the forecast demand versus actual inventories in place to ensure shortages and excesses are minimized and communicated clearly.
- Manage VMI (vendor managed inventory) includes replenishment computation and inventory KPI
- Facilitate new product introduction to ensure that all flows are setup and valid in place (forecast, ordering flow, logistics flow, packaging, and special requirement etc.
- Develop strong relationship and effective communication with customers and selling sites
- Participate and contribute to customer interface team calls and meeting
- Work with customers and selling sites in forecast accuracy improvement
- Work with global team in customer satisfaction initiatives
Required Qualifications -Bachelor’s degree or higher in Logistics & Supply Chain, Industrial Management, Science or any related fields
-4-5 years of direct experience in Production Scheduling, Material/Finished Goods Planning, VMI, Replenishment or Supply Chain Management in manufacturing environment

-Possess strong planning, analytical, MRP systems and visuals knowledge to manage the production plan, supplier management and improvement initiatives
-Good computer proficiency especially Microsoft Offices (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
-Excellent English communication for writing, speaking and reading
-Good interpersonal skills with excellent presentation skill, communication skill, initiative and problem-solving skill
-Work well under pressure, Self-motivated, Result-oriented, Team Player and Strong Service Mind
-Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities

Job Description - Act as customer’s representative in Asia
- Interface with Asian customers for all inquiries
- Coordinate with manufacturing sites to provide a good service
- Coordinate with customers and manufacturing sites on import/export and regulations
- Service improvement and project improvement
- Customer feedback and complaint handling
- Customer service reports and develop service procedures and standards
- Perform other related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications - Bachelor Degree in Supply Chains, Business Administration or any related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in customer service or supply chain in manufacturing environment
- Good communication skills and service mind
- Excellent sense of prioritizing
- Good command of English
- Chinese language skill will be an advantage
- Proficient in MS-Office suite with an emphasis on MS-Excel
