  • Job Description

    - Install and configure computer systems, diagnose hardware/software faults and solving technical problems, either over the phone, e-mail or face to face.
    - Monitor and maintain the computer systems and networks such as internet server, security system, finger-scan.
    - Good skill and knowledge in managing, setup, installing and configuring Hardware and Software Domain controller & Active directory, DNS, DHCP as well as Antivirus & security software
    - Work with suppliers providing after-sales support in Hardware and Software Systems.
    - Create user accounts and preparation as part of new hire process such as computer, e-mail, shared drive and etc.
    - Manage and monitor internal assets to ensure accurate inventory records
    - Running reports to analyze common complaints and problems.
    - Participate in special projects as assignments.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    [Must]
    - Male, age 23 years old up.
    - Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
    - Proven experience as a Help Desk or IT Support at least 2 years.
    - Experience in LAN/WAN, Server, Security system and Computer software
    - Strong computer knowledge and be able to communicate effectively.
    - Good command in English.
    - Have own car, can travel to work in different locations occasionally.
