    - Attract/recruit qualified candidates
    - Offer and recommend suitable positions for candidates
    - Advise candidates on the job market, interview preparation, etc.
    - Introduce qualified applicants to pertinent departments
    - Arrange interviews between the candidate and the department
    - Manage and coordinate schedules
    - Employment requires consultation and negotiation
    - Follow up with and inform candidates who have been selected and employed.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Thai nationality
    - Male/Female is preferable, Age 27 – 33 years old
    - Bachelor's degree in any fields
    - Experience in a recruitment agency, HR recruiter, consultant or other related to the recruitment process would be an advantage.
    - Good command of English
    - Strong communications, interpersonal skills, responsible for achieving company mission and be able to respect team-work
