  【Job Summary】
  The Accounting managers is responsible for overseeing the accounting department functions with a focus on ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of financial statements and reporting, leading strategic planning for accounting policies and maintaining the internal controls and driving team performance and getting the most out of individual contributors and work to allocate tasks evenly across the team.
  
  【Responsibilities】
  ‐ Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including, banking, and taxes
  - Oversee and manage the periodic, quarterly and year-end financial reports and accounting & tax activities complete and meet the schedule, ensures that the reported results comply with generally accepted accounting principles or financial reporting standards.
  - Audits accounts to ensure compliance with TFRS, IFRS and tax regulations; coordinates with outside auditors and provides needed information for the annual external audit.
  - Responsible for tax planning throughout the fiscal year; files annual corporate tax return and ensure compliance with Thailand’s government requirement.
  - Presents recommendations to management on short- and long-term financial objectives and policies.
  - Assess current practices and procedures, and make recommendations for improvements
  - Develop staff by managing performance, setting goals, providing ongoing training, and maintaining strong employee relationships
  - Perform ad hoc analysis and projects as requested
