  1. Responsible for all project declaration, including architect design, accuracy and construction permit ect.
  2. Review all design layout drawings and development.
  3. Review all design information with the Designer and prepare the coordination drawing for projects.
  4. Preparing cost estimates and ensuring appropriate materials, method, machine and all tools are available.
  5. Submit monthly site reports to owner.
  6. Leading the project design and development this project including architectural design, structural engineer, reflected construction as building principle and technology to building.
