  This position is responsible for managing and controlling part cost & tooling cost for new & minor change models to achieve the target before launching including supplier selection facilitation, data analysis, and enhanced cost reduction activity.
  
  1. Calculating product cost (before mass-production) in a corporation with
  Purchasing, R&D, and Production Engineers
  1.1) Provide product cost in accordance with product specifications
  1.2) Provide investment cost
  1.3) Provide logistics cost (packing, freight, etc)
  
  2. Product cost reduction activity (before mass-production)
  2.1) Reduce product cost in cooperation with related dept(Production engineering, Purchasing, etc)
  2.2) Reduce investment cost in cooperation with related dept(Production engineering, Purchasing, etc)
  2.3) Reduce logistics cost in cooperation with related dept(Production control, Purchasing, etc)
  
  3. Product cost reduction activity (after mass-production)
  3.1) Reduce product cost in cooperation with related dept(Production, Production Engineering, Purchasing, etc)
  3.2) Reduce investment cost in cooperation with related dept(Production, Production Engineering, Purchasing, etc)
  3.3) Reduce logistics cost in cooperation with related dept(Production control, Purchasing, etc)
  
  4. Quotation for group company
  4.1)Quotation to group company (Ushin group) based on "the group rule"
