  We will provide the best services to our customers and Group companies.
  - Understanding customer needs, risk assessment and suggestions for improvement, proposals for optimal insurance, and careful explanations that customers are satisfied with. Manage the insurance business in general and the organization (Sales Sec). Plans and executes tasks in accordance with company policies such as annual plans.
  Assign goals to subordinates and instruct and train them to achieve them. Familiarize yourself with life insurance and loss conservation events and make accurate judgments.
  - Understand insurance products and propose insurance that meets customer needs. Visit customers to maintain existing contracts and develop new customers and demand. Reinsurance is also undertaken.
  
  - Obtain brokerage qualifications, understand the mechanism, and propose to customers.
  Understand our business activities other than our insurance and publicize them to our customers.
