    •Manage team members to complete billing procedure based on milestones in a timely and accurately.
    •Identifying possible errors between quotations and invoices
    •Analyze the proper of profit in each customer.
    •Review invoices which issued by team members.
    •Review the accuracy of shipping document sets
    •Improved and reduce error process from Billing process.
    •Liaise with related department, Operation/ Shipping department.
    •Other Ad Hoc task as assigned

  • 応募条件

    【Must】
    -Male or Female age 23 - 40 years old
    -Billing experience in logistics company is a plus.
    -Bachelor Degree in relevant fields, majoring in Accounting is a plus.
    -Good command of English communication skills.

    【Advantage】
    -Chinese speaking is preferred both reading and speaking, is a plus.
    -Effective communication, interpersonal skills and personable
    -Organized, quick thinking and efficient
    -Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
