  Assisting General Mgr. (GM) to develop and conduct company strategic activities with compliance, audit, HR, legal knowledge
  
  [Principal Accountabilities]
  ●Assisting GM to develop and conduct company strategic activities with compliance, audit, HR, legal knowledge
  - Prepare company documents and guidelines under GM’s review
  - Other assignments, i.e. risk management, BCP, legal matters
  - Ad-hoc work assigned by GM
  ●Conducting regional Headquarter transformation following the instruction by GM
  - Implement right and standardized process, guidelines with compliance – mainly HR, and compliance. Audit, legal (to be)
  - Back-up of critical operation, SSC set-up preparation
  - Conducting operational audit (to be)

  - HQ finance and compliance (i.e. GLM, legal, audit, CSR)
