  - Support Thai senior members when meeting customers & getting requirements
  - Making meeting agenda, project documents (concept, schedule, mood images, quotations & BOQ,report, weekly report, etc.) and meeting minutes in English
  - Joining projects as an assistant or junior staff to handle & manage from planning to production
  - Coordinate with suppliers, partners, or vendors to prepare proposals (design, sample etc.)
  - Communicating with clients to proceed projects
  - To undertake any other related jobs as and when necessary
  - To be responsible for any assignments from senior staff or Manager
  - Communicate with supplier for PO issue.
  - Support planner and creative designer to order materials in the project.
