  Report to Country Leader (Malaysian) and MD (Singaporean)
  
  - Lead sales & service teams to achieve sales and profit targets, sustainable growth of new and existing products and also customer satisfaction.
  - Handle the allocated customers directly and pursue assigned projects, as well as support sales team in their respective projects.
  - Coach sales and service teams on complying sales regulations & policy, as well as ISO guidelines.
  - Plan, organize and coordinate sales activities (such as directly handing RFQ, customer visits etc) in order to achieve and exceed order bookings, revenue, margins and operating results.
  - Develop and manage Local Business Partners with compliance to KROHNE regional sales and legal policies.
  - Lead and coach in organizing, running and optimizing all the activities connected with the sales and services department, including set-up a strategy to achieve company targets, manage/coordinate project pursuit activities locally and worldwide, attending of Project Meetings and Bid Clarifications. Negotiate KROHNE contracts and inbound orders according to KROHNE Terms and Conditions, acceptable payment terms and profit margins.
  - To work with Country Leader in business / sales & service planning and leading teams in business growth in country / region and exceeding budget targets.
  - To work with management to plan and implement sale force objectives, individual territories sales planning.
  - Support Country Leader in preparation of Weekly Report, Monthly Sales Report and etc sales reports.
  - To be responsible for the management and administration of the office and operations to ensure proper governance and accountability.
