    * Male /age: 35~40 years old
    * Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Electrical engineering or related fields
    * Can use AUTO CAD
    * Can do planning production (Load forecasting, personnel planning, are planning, process control etc)
    * Has knowledge of production, can understand manufacturing, can check quality and respond to problems.
    * Can use English communicate with Japanese
    * Have knowledge of factory safety
    * Word, Excel, Powerpoint can be used
    * Can using email report, communicate and consult
    * Can instructions and guidance for subordinates. and also follow up.
