  ■Procurement Management / Procurement Planning
  - Report to Thai Director , Subordinate 8 people
  - Review Result of Procurement Performance and Recommend IN ORDER TO support managerial decisions on Procurement Strategy Program and company goal.
  - Summarize and report Price Trend to Division Head
  - Set up contract agreement and propose to Division Head for consideration.
  - IN ORDER TO support managerial decision on pricing program. "
  
  ■Ordering Control / Import/Export
  - Approve for Purchasing Order up to DOA IN Order to ensure that Procurement comply with Company regulation and supply to production on-time.
  - Make plan for Import/Export optimization of both duty and cost optimization IN Order to contribute to Company IN term of lead time, correctiveness and cost."
  
  ■Claim and Complaint
  - Review and advise for preventive action report incuding to monitor activities IN ORDER TO ensure the effectiveness of countermeasure.
  
  ■Sourcing and Selection / Supplier Management
  - Make a procedure of sourcing and supplier selection IN ORDER TO has standard for getting good suppliers.
  - Approve supplier evaluation and provide suggestion for an improvement IN ORDER TO ensure the performance of supplier.
