    - Manage all of Production and control production process follow quality system for achieve production scheduling and target. (Man, Machine, Material, Method)
    - Create production schedule base on master plan.
    - Reduce loss in production line.
    - Control and monitor subordinates to follow company policy, rule regulation, follow KIP of section.
    - Analyze problem and make countermeasure, coordinate with other section.
    - Support & Implement TPM, QCC and Kaizen activities

  • 応募条件

    - Male , Age 30-36 years old.
    - Bachelor degree in Production Engineering field such as Engineering, Industrial Engineer, Mechanical.
    - At least 5-7 years experience in Manufacturing, Production Line in automotive manufacturing.
    - At least 2 years experience in leader and manage subordinate more than 20 ppl.
    - Knowledge in process improvement.
    - Having problem solving skill, decision making, 8D report skills.
    - Good knowledge in IATF16949 and production standard.
    - Can communicate in English
    - Proficiency in Computer, MS office
