  - Understand business requirements and ensure timely inclusion to sourcing plans.
  - Source for new supplier and manage related price negotiation, contracts and payment terms with them.
  - Works closely with sales team and manage sourcing activities in accordance to the business and customers’ requirements
  - Manage sourcing activities for all products which includes new product launching, sampling management and product approval processes.
  - Conducts general market research which includes reviewing potential suppliers, supplier analysis, materials specifications and resources and manage supplier qualification process.
  - Develop sourcing plans which includes requests for proposal, conducts supplier evaluation and propose potential suppliers for management’s decision making.
  - Solve sourcing related issues independently.
  - Manage supplier contract validity, and related re-negotiation as needs arise and ensure up-to-date contract records.
