    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
    1 People - To provide a positive “employee life cycle” for all staff members during their tenure with Hooters
    2 Guest Experience - To provide an authentic/ memorable experience
    3 Profit - To operate a financially profitable restaurant and retail business operation
    4 Sales - To grow the business by using innovative sales and marketing concepts

    NONESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
    1 Coordinate operations between departments.
    2 Teach/coach and document employees who fail to meet standards to maintain a high quality workforce.
    3 Present a professional image to employees, guests, clients, owners and investors.
    4 Attend client functions and designated parties to provide support, ensure guest satisfaction and promote future business.
    5 Build business/market share by thinking of new ways to promote the company and by participating in local events to increase sales and profits.
    6 Develop and maintain positive relationships within the business and social community.
    7 Spearhead philanthropic initiatives.
    8 Work as a team, helping all employees to complete the required activities that ensure we blow away Guest expectations.
    9 Maintain low staff turnover rate and high morale.
    10 Operate ethically to protect the image of Hooters
