• 仕事内容

  - Develop and improve purchasing operation system to meet company targets
  - Handle purchasing and process requests from internal and external customers
  - Proceed sales orders and invoices, and review inventories and order as required
  - Closely monitor supplier’s performance and source appropriate vendors
  - Update and maintain company's vendor list and profile
  - Cooperate and review PR/RQ for basic information needed for quotations before sending out to vendors (at least in a commercial view)
  - Follow up on all documents from vendors in order to present data of vendors within the timeframe
  - Maintain all control points of packaging and raw materials (inventory control and transaction)
  - Generate and prepare reports and perform related tasks as assigned by Manager
