  - Develop assigned customers to maximize sales revenues and meet corporate objectives
  - Prepare official quotations for tape, equipment and spare parts for corporate customers
  - Receive and respond to customers' verbal and written inquiries
  - Assist customers in selecting/qualifying the appropriate products based on their requirements
  - Assists with coordination with Department of Admin on shipment delays, price reduction, product claim, quality issues, outstanding payment, payment terms, purchase order matters and any additional information needed by customers
  - Prepare reports for management as needed or requested
  - Assist in the development of sales objectives and targets with manager
  - May perform general functions or assigned projects that are not listed
  - Perform any assigned service tasks (i.e. equipment service, installation, training, buyoff)
  - Provide after-sales service support to assigned customers
