Job Description

[Product] Spindle Motors for HDDs- Responsible for purchasing of products- Coordinate with suppliers in China and handling purchasing process- Accuracy of issuing Purchase Order and update price once any changes- Controlling and monitoring purchasing quotation and order.- Follow up the status of purchase orders with suppliers to ensure timely delivery, expedite for back orders and communicate status of order with team.- Prepare for reports, data summary and other related documents- oordinate with related departments for smoothly operation- Other tasks as assigned
