- Oversee and manage the entire process of quality control, including incoming material inspection, system maintenance, process monitoring, delivery inspection, and customer complaint handling.- Leading to implementing the organization's problem-solving process and system.- Organizing and conducting the quality status meeting of the New model project product.- Coordinating with production teams to ensure delivery of New model products by each change level.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues, implement corrective actions, and prevent recurrence.- Defect management: perform defect logging, follow defect life cycle, and create defect reports.- Estimate, prioritize, arrange, and coordinate testing operations, and then undertake rigorous testing once defects have been fixed.- To attend to all complaints brought to attention and ensure that all complaints are resolved to customer’s satisfaction.- Comply with all IATF & ISO established procedures, which includes maintaining up-to-date IATF16949, ISO14001 and ISO45001 documentation and preparation for external audit.- Initiating, coordinating, and following up on New model defect root cause analysis, and defect elimination.- Implementing corrective and preventive action together with production.- Driving corrective actions and continuous improvement programs for the New model project together with the process engineer.- Reporting the performance of the New model to the Management team at appropriate intervals.- Maintaining drawings & specifications that define the New model product & quality standards.- Establishing process documents to execute and flawlessly launch APQP and PPAP.- Implementing, Developing, and Maintaining process flow, FMEA Control plan, WI, and related documents.- Performing reliability studies on all measuring/testing equipment used in the production process under MSA.- Maintaining customer complaint log and facilitating and participating in the corrective action process.- Coordinating and supporting customer visits/audits
