Job Description
- Collaborate with the global marketing team to localize global brand strategies and translate them into effective Thai-market executions.
- Lead the deployment of brand campaigns, including adapting big ideas, refining key messages,
and selecting suitable media channels and KOLs.
- Localize key visuals & campaign assets, ensuring they remain on-brand while resonating
With Thai consumers.
- Identify local trends and viral opportunities to propose high-impact, culturally relevant campaigns.
- Manage and coach the local marketing team, including content creators, marketing executives, and external partners.
- Monitor competitor activities & market movements, providing continuous insights to Optimize brand direction and improve global strategy alignment.
- Oversee campaign performance and ensure consistent brand presence across all touchpoints.
Qualifications
Requirement
【Must】
- 3-5 years FMCG experience in brand or marketing teams.
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience with IMC campaigns.
- English of Chinese fluent and confident working with global teams.

- Business level of English.
