• Job Description

  • Coordinate with Managers to ensure production planning, workflow and schedules are implemented.
  • Schedule routine inspection and maintenance of production equipment to prevent equipment breakdown a manufacturing
  • Be up to date with inventory to ensure that all RMs/FGs are available to carry out production process
  • Assist in training/hiring/interviewing new employees for production department
  • Overseeing production processes.
  • Re-negotiating timescales or Schedules as necessary.
  • Analyze changes in raw material, specification, overhead and update the cost accordingly and report to concerned person periodically.
  • Monitor QC and production spec
  • Ensure daily production planning is run smoothly and reduce backlog
  • Monitor Delivery team and control delivery budget
  • Monitor maintenance team and control breakdown of machine
  • Implement ERP
  • 5S in Production area
