    Position: Accounting Assistant Manager
    Report to: Accounting manager

    - Cash management activity
    - Generate and send out invoices for reimbursement to related companies
    - Follow up on, collect payments from customers and maintain accounts receivable customer and record
    - Account closing for small firm
    - Prepare Tax report such as PND 3,53, VAT report and PP 30communicate with customers via phone, email, mail or personally
    - Assist with month-end closing
    - RHQ project
    - Support to supervisor

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Bachelor’s degree in accounting filed
    - Minimum 5 years accounting experience
    - Good command of English

    【Advantage】
    - CPD lisence would be advantage
    - proficient in relevant computer software: AX and ACCPAC

  • English Level

    Level 4 - Conversational Level

  • Other Language

    English
