  • Job Description

    - Responsible to complete execution for pump installation work, preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, breakdown maintenance, equipment overhauling as the maintenance plan with compliance to Standard.
    - Execute work and supervise technician and helper to achieve work quality within timeframe.
    - Responsible to ensure material, equipment, and tool readiness as required for work execution.
    - Report/Feedback for any issue affected to plant reliability and integrity, work performance and completion such as lack of maintenance program, and non-applicable maintenance task.
    - Responsible to complete quality installation and/or maintenance report.
    - Report any abnormalities found on equipment to the manager and/or factory in Japan.
    - Submit installation/maintenance reports / job completed reports to the manager after installation/maintenance activities completion.
    - Support upon request of the Manager and Kubota Japan.
    - Coordinate with the Engineering Manager and other related parties.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - High Vocational Certificate or higher in Mechanical or related field.
    - 3 years for Foreman or 1-3 years for Skilled Technician or 3 years for Technician working experience in mechanical installation/maintenance in waterworks or power plant or petrochemical/refinery facilities or having recommendation from previous contact.
    - Experience in rotating equipment maintenance, including Centrifugal pumps and compressors, Reciprocating pumps and compressors, internal combustion engine, mechanical power transmission etc.
    - Experience in trouble shooting and failure analysis.
    - Experience in installation, preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, breakdown maintenance, equipment overhauling and condition monitoring and spare parts monitoring.
    - Fair to Good command of written and communication in English will be advantage.
    - Good understand of overview for pumps and relevant.
    - Have car license (> 2 Years) (But No need own car)
    - Able to work at site in oversea (especially for Asian country) for certain period at least 1month
