• Job Description

  - Support system maintenance tasks in IT Department assigned by supervisor.
  - Keep monitoring to ensure that system working correctly/properly
  - Be an IT tester for system testing both UAT and SIT
  - Provide data query support to end users upon request.
  - Facilitate and support Vendor for analysis issue.
  - Maintain and supervise database operations, solve any related problems occurred.
  - Study system and process flow to streamline its operations thru current/new application development or current/new business flow design.
  - Propose/advice/recommended on business/process/IT solution
  - Prepare test cases to support system development.
  - Manage and control of regression test scope.
  - Manage and control UAT follow testing plan.
  - Support/handle/operate Go-live activity
  - Analyze system impact when business needs to change in system
  - Gather users’ requirement and concern to develop new ideas that improves overall system performance.
