• Job Description

  - Responsible for timely and accurate financial / management reporting
  - Reports, analyses and review on monthly, quarterly and yearly financial results
  - Strategic planning, annual budgeting and quarterly forecast process which includes financial standards, procedures, and controls
  - Manage cash flow forecast
  - Ensure compliance with local accounting, taxation legislation / reporting
  - Preparation of an nual statutory report, notes to accounts and answered queries from external auditors
  - Provide financial / management accounting support and analysis to business units.
  - Implement financial reporting system, policies and processes in accordance with Group's policies.
  - Liaise with bankers, tax agent, lawyers and government authorities
  - Ad-hoc special projects as assigned
