  New model
  1. To monitoring and support new model schedule
  2. To control material for production trial each event until mass production
  
  Production control team member control
  1. To monitoring and confirm delivery schedule
  2. To find out cause of delivery not on time and action
  3. To monitoring order and forecast and control material
  4. Setup inventory target and controller ( Avoid material dead stock and shortage )
  
  Warehouse team member and control
  1. Safety controller
  2. Accuracy of actual and system stock controller
  
  Internal and external audit
  1. All PC & WH document control best on section procedure , WI and so on
  
  Section activities
  1. KPI and annual project activities
  2. Kaizen activities
  3. Weekly , monthly and quarter issue report
