  • Overall responsibility for manufacturing and plant operations; assess the existing situation with the objective of realizing a fast, cost-effective and flexible production and sourcing aligned with the strategic development imperatives of the Company
  • Assess and improve the existing framework to evaluate the effectiveness and economics of production strategies in place; develop process improvement standards to simplify the production workflow
  • Develop proactive approaches to overcome obstacles while demonstrating flexibility and resourcefulness
  • Lead and develop a high-performance team that is committed to a shared value system based upon integrity and teamwork
  • Contribute to short and long-term organizational planning and strategy as a senior number of the management team
  • Work effectively with Supply Chain to ensure that the office is able to leverage the Company’s global strategies and resources
  • Proactively partner with all internal stakeholders; partner in particular with Demand Planning and DC teams to ensure the supply base in compliant with quality, deliver, packaging and routing requirements
  • Work in conjunction with various departments to meet the Company’s goal and targets
  • Responsible for all facets of manufacturing and quality control operations across the entire factory base
  • Drive manufacturing processes and tools in support of operational excellence and continuity of on time delivery
  • SKU and BOM management, product management, excess, obsolete materials management
  • Capacity and resource management to ensure production meets plan and overhead cost management
  • Cost reduction strategy and management via process and operations improvements
  • Ensure the process control standards in process inspection and final inspection.
  • Coordinate with QA department to establish and distribute the process control standards to all relevant functions
  • Prepare and present production efficiency, costing, and production performance reports
  • Recommend and implement the new processes design changes to be more productive and obtain cost savings
  • Manage the operational cost (raw materials, labor and overheads) for all products
  • Play a significant role in long-term planning, including and initiative geared toward operational excellence
  • Implement structured reporting to the senior management team on a regular basis
  • Provide timely problem-solving decisions and manage the operation according to the Company’s business strategy and corporate directives
  • Strive for continuous improvements for operation manufacturing costs, quality lead time and process capability
  • Set up a system to ensure sustainability of the Company’s operation
