  1. Demonstrated experience in challenging and inspiring others to provide customer centric solutions
  2. Demonstrated experience in leading incremental and continuous improvement of application & Service Specialist, software engineers and project managers through project plans specifying goals, strategy, dependencies, scheduling, contingency plans, and allocation of resources.
  3. Ability to present information effectively to all levels of staff and leadership
  4. Working with business-oriented mindset that able to leverage technical solutions and services to monetize and contribute to business growth
  5. Ability to negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors and service providers in the information technology business
  6. Drive and enhance the technical capabilities of the (Automation Center Department)ATC and create Roadmap for sustaining talent and infrastructure of ATC
  7. Creating innovative applications for customer (Proof of Concept) & support Products Marketing team for seminar plan
  8. Develop and maintain Technical Competency for the ISS team through organizing proactive Technical training for internal customers (Sales
  Engineer and Application Engineer), OJTs and Upskilling programs.
  9. Create a pool of experts that can serve as consultants for our Experiential services business in the area of i-Belt, MSE and robot
  services.
  10. Responsible for continuous process improvement of repair services and monitor revenue growth.
  11. Serve as the engineering leader and technical expert
  12. Conduct various tests and quality assurance checks to verify the quality of completed projects
  13. Technical assessment of Channel Partners/System Integrators in collaboration with the Channel Management Team and to maintain a capable and vibrant Partner ecosystem
