Job Description
●Company: The company has newly established the Thai braunch in 2021. They are looking for candidates who are interested in HR consulting and able to deliver HR solutions and training for Japanese clinets.
●Client: Maily Japanese Companies in Thailand
- Design HR systems and HR operation consulting.
- Deliver HR-related projects for clients with the team
- Interview clinet HR staff to discover solutions for developing organizations
- Corporate with Japanese Management to proceed with projects
- Create a service proposal for a consulting project to meet clients’ expectations.
- Facilitate business training such as management, and leadership for Thai staff.
- To develop a business training program.
Qualifications
Requirement
【Must】
- M/F, Age 26-35 years old
- Have experience working in HR for more than 3 years, especially in training, and organization development fields.
- Bachelor's degree in any fields
- N3 Japanese for internal communication
【Advantage】
