• Job Description

  - Provide the management for the decision making with necessary information by identifying, measuring, analyzing and interpreting financial information
  - Provide the organization with a clear, concise functional reports on a timely basis to aid the organization in making correct operational and business decisions to achieve both operational and financial efficiency and driving profitability in line with Group’s plan
  - Work with the management team to drive the “Quality of Profit” objective of the Company and Group
  - Establish an effective and efficient system to track, manage and minimize the use of Working Capital in the organization and improve productivity of Cash Management
  - Build a system of self-check to ensure the effective monitoring of business and financial risk and the effective mitigation plans thereof
  - Manage balance sheet of the Organization effectively and improve the productivity ratio thereof
  - Work closely with Regional treasury team for effective FX and Cash management and Corporate Goal Congruence
  - Ensure compliance to Group’s Accounting, Treasury, Costing, Tax and Internal Control Policies
  - Ensure the company maintain a proper Financial & Accounting records in compliance with approved accounting standards, regulations and legislations. And ensure accurate and timely accounts closing as per schedule and also ensure that statutory audits are on schedule
  - Prepare and implement short and mid-long term company strategies on Finance & Accounting
  - Develop and implement a documented system of internal accounting policies and procedures
  - Engage in ongoing financial analysis in areas like forecasting, budget variances, cost reduction, reviewing operational performance to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements
  - Oversee the operations of the treasury function and liaise with Banks and monitor that Funds are effectively deployed
  - Provide information to External Auditors as required and ensure response to queries raised
  - Liaise with all government issues relating to company operations and works towards compliance
  - Uphold Group / Regional policies to make sure implementation of Group / Regional financial strategies and projects
  - Collaborate with regional SAP team to ensure SAP system works smoothly
  - Develop and strengthen the Finance& Accounting and other related team and members in terms of F&A knowledge, operational know-how, communication and motivation
  - Accountable for the monthly report of Finance& Accounting activities and progress to COO of the Company
