  • Job Description

    1. Establish and improve quality activities in updated standards Including requirements and regulations.
    2. Ensure proper control, maintenance and updating of documentation for quality management system
    (QMS).
    3. Maintain and Improve product quality in order to meet company expectations and customer
    requirements.
    4. Prepare quality reports and effectively communicate to manager and other concerns in time.
    5. Analyze and review weaknesses in the quality process/area and quality control system.
    6. Other tasks assigned

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Male/Female, Age is 25-40 years old
    - Bachelor of degree in Industry Engineering, or related field
    - English:Fluent in both written and spoken English(LV 4 up)
    - Minimum of 2 years of working experience as QQC in the automotive parts field
    - Knowledge of quality tools (APQP,PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans ,SPC and MSA , etc.) and quality continuous improvement tools
    - Knowledge of IATF16949 and VDA6.3
    - Knowledge in special process such as Soldering , Molding ,Welding ,Plating ,ESD ,etc.

    [Advantage]
    - Problem solving (DMAIC methodology) and analytical skills
    - ASQ /CQE certify, Six Sigma Black Belt certify(preferred)
    - Domestic and international travel required, available to work at Bang pa-in plant
