  1. Managing and controlling over all factory.
  2. Set up policy and systems and work plans for short term and long term.
  3. Managing and controlling production line , Planning , QA/QC, Sales and Marketing engineering and maintenance department.
  4. Planning and operating the safety occupational health and working environment of employees.
  5. Drive quality, productivity, cost and improvement process.
  6. Leading team to achieve the company objectives in terms of quality, productivity and maintaining customer satisfaction.
  7. Report KPI to top management and HQ in USA.
