  • Job Description

    [Management]
    • Manage Admin team members (Accounting, GA, Logistics, and warehouse). Understanding
    each person’s task and responsibility and making their work to be efficient.
    • Evaluate your team members’ performance based on KPI and MBO.
    • Prevent risks and compliance issues in advance. Meet the best solution in peace for
    issues.
    • You will have some other tasks described below upon request by the CEO and HQ.

    [Management accounting]
    • Making annual P&L budget, cash flow, investment plan, HR plan with business plan of single
    and 3-year prospect.
    • Checking monthly financial reports that are created and submitted by outsourcing
    accounting company, modifying data to transfer to HQ format.
    • Submitting financial reports (BS, P&L, cash flow, consolidation package, and landing
    forecast) to HQ within 7 business days.
    • Controlling expense costs and evaluating future investment/cost with its profitability.
    Approve cost expense requests based on evaluation.

    [Human Resources]
    • Creating some new schemes such as commission, appraisal, upgrade/downgrade.
    • Changing company regulation, employment benefits, commission scheme on the sales team, and another framework to meeting the company’s growth.

    [General Affairs]
    • Researching, managing, and creating a new contracts or business agreements for external business
    partners.
    • Meeting with external key persons for business meetings/negotiations
    • Communicate with consultants/agents/lawyers/landlords for seeking advice and/or solving
    issues

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【 Must 】
    - Male Female, 35-48 age
    - Bachelor’s degree in a related field
    - Good communication skills in English both speaking and writing (Fluent level)
    - Having the experience in Management in the Administration department
    - Having the strong point in an HR or Accounting Finance position

    【 Advantage 】
    - Can speak Japanese
    - General Manager experience in same size company (15 - 100 employees)
    - Cost accounting exp
